The purpose of the treatment will depend on the type of form completed. In any case, the following purposes currently apply:

1-Obtaining the necessary data from the User to send information regarding services requested by users

The data collected in the contact forms are the name of the applicant, contact email, nationality and the data provided in order to provide information about the consulted service.

2-Obtaining the necessary data from the User for enrollment in our courses and other services.

The data collected in the registration form and in the calculator are the name and surname of the applicant, email and contact telephone number and the data provided to be able to provide information about the consulted and reserved service.

The User will give their express consent for ONSPAIN to process their personal data, in accordance with the conditions described in this section, when they click on “I accept” the form and, later, proceed to “Send” it.

No transfers of the data obtained in these forms are made

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA? 

We will keep your data as long as the purpose for which they have been collected is maintained and you do not request the cancellation of them from our files. When it is no longer necessary for this purpose or you ask us to cancel them, we will keep any data that may be necessary blocked during the legally established deadlines to address any question related to your treatment, up to a maximum of 1 year. After the legal deadlines, personal data will be deleted adopting the appropriate security measures that guarantee their total destruction.

The person responsible for the file has adopted the security levels of protection of Personal Data legally required, and has installed all the means and technical measures available according to the state of technology to avoid loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the Personal Data provided.

-Right to portability to receive your data in a structured and commonly used electronic format and to be able to transmit it to another person in charge

-Right not to be subject to automated individual decisions so that we do not make a decision about you based only on the processing of your data that produces legal effects in your personal sphere or affects you in a similar way.
