Being one of the big Spanish capitals, Malaga holds many cultural activities and festivals throughout the year. As well as boasting an excellent selection of food, there are many tapas restaurants here where you can eat for a very reasonable price. And, above all, the city maintains a welcoming climate all year round.

The Onspain School team is made up of mainly malagueños who are of course proud of their southern Andalusian city.

  • Airport located 15 kilometers from the city center.
  • Beautiful historic center with many sights and culture.
  • Beautiful beaches and modern harbor.
  • Delicious food.

Two schools: beach and city center

1. Pedregalejo

The neighborhood of our school is an old, characteristic fishing village 15 minutes away from the city center of Malaga.

Pedregalejo is situated on the Eastern side of Malaga. This neighbourhood was previously an old fishing village, which you can still see aspects of today. There are many typical fishing restaurants, called “merenderos”, along the seafront. At the beach you can find sardine dishes being prepared on “espeteros” to be roasted on a fire. Pedregalejo always has a relaxed atmosphere, for both the locals and the language students, who quickly feel at home in the area. This allows them to learn Spanish in a fun and relaxing way, accustoming you to the Spanish way of life.

Spanish at the Beach

You will have no excuse if you have the possibility to perfect your Spanish at the beach and in the best environment where your language skills will improve rapidly! Sun, culture and every aspect  of Spain accompanied by the best professionals.

Our school is a stone’s throw away from the beach. A short 5 minute walk after class and you are able to recharge your batteries with a quick dip in the sea. The beach is very popular with our students and many of our Spanish classes take place there. You can enjoy the sun with the coolness of the sea!
